Welcome to the Yoga and Meditation Centre

We provide Satyananda Yoga Classes from our home, which has been established as a place to experience yoga and meditation.

The centre is set within the Slieve Feilim mountains, County Tipperary, where the natural landscape and surroundings add to the atmosphere of calm and tranquility.

The yoga room can accommodate up to 14 students comfortably.
Mats, blankets and other accessories are provided appropriate to the class.
